AI isn't really a technical problem. It's a creative one. I've spent twenty years as a working jazz musician, and now I teach business teams across Atlantic Canada how to use AI. This ten-minute assessment is where I'd start with any new client.
A real back-and-forth, not a quiz. Answer in your own words.
A clear breakdown of where your organization stands, delivered to your inbox.
A specific, practical first move. No generic playbook.
No right or wrong answers.
A few quick details so we can send your report and personalize what you see at the end.
Your email is used to deliver your report. Your answers stay between us.
I'm Brad Jefford. I've been a working musician for over 20 years, focusing on jazz, folk, pop, and classical music. I've also been teaching AI for business solutions at Keyin College for the past year, where I've helped develop the curriculum and coach teams through the shift to AI.
The assessment you're about to take came from the past year of watching real teams do this work. One thing to ask before you begin. Be honest. Get into the nitty gritty. Where you actually are matters more than where you wish you were. We need to deal with it right here and right now. From there, I can help bring you to where you want to be, or show you the path to get there.
Every good musician studies what came before. They listen and learn the rules, then bend those rules to make something new and find their own path. That's what we'll do with you. We'll start with what you're doing well now, look at your parameters, and work within them to figure out how AI actually serves you and prepares you for what's coming.
On a bandstand, you listen more than you play. You respond to what the people around you are doing. Same thing here. You and your team are the band. I'll listen first, meet you where you actually are, and help you find a way forward that fits your organization.
Great musicians aren't copies of their teachers. They take what they learned and make it theirs. I'm not here to hand you a generic AI playbook. Together we'll build something that sounds like your organization. Then I'll get out of the way.
